خلاصه داستان:
سریالی از شبکه‌ی HBO محصول سال 2001 آمریکا و انگلیس. این سریال ماجرای گروهانی از نیروهای چترباز آمریکایی را از دوران آموزش در آمریکا و انگلیس تا پایان جنگ‌جهانی دوم در آلمان تعقیب می‌کند. ماجرا کاملا بر اساس واقعیت است به نحوی که در ابتدای هر قسمت و همچنین در دی وی دی آخر این مجموعه ، کهنه سربازهایی که در سریال دوران جوانی آنان را می‌بینیم، هرکدام چند جمله‌ای مرتبط با مضمون فیلم توضیح می‌دهند، در انتهای هر قسمت هم یک سری حقایق مرتبط به صورت جمع بندی بیان می‌شود.............
